Whether this is called the Five & Dime, or Core and Rind Hospitality - we had a large group (12) and sat on the patio on a recent sunny summer day. The service was very good - they kept us hydrated while also serving up excellent craft cocktails and local beer. Their food was elevated, everyone enjoyed theirs - and presentation was very nice. If in the area - definitely recommend. Lots of other choices on the street - but we liked the rooftop.

Hosted a birthday party in the event space upstairs for my wife. It was seamless. The food was amazing. The service was spot on. Just a perfect venue for a delicious and laid back event. Zoey was GR8. Will use Five & Dime again. Plus we just love the food. a great experience.

Rooftop, great ambience. Good quality of food. Around $50/person (no alcohol)...includes desert. Big BBQ ribs, nice salad and amazing butter cake. The ambience make it spectacular place to re visit. Thank you.

I am so glad I found this rooftop restaurant! It’s such a cute place to grab drinks at and snack on some appetizers, and its so much closer than downtown Chicago!! The food and drinks we ordered were delicious. We were seated right away on a Sunday afternoon without any reservation. It was an overall wonderful rooftop date! Give it a try!
